When we visited, they suggested a beer tasting at Offshore Ale in Oak Bluffs and an island tour with ResortMan (who also offers concierge car service) - both were remarkable experiences that made us feel at home on the island. In addition, Nobnocket offers a private charter boat to explore the island - talk about luxury! 

Like Martha's Vineyard itself, Nobnocket seems to attract a certain kind of guest - laid back, friendly, as eager to embrace adventure as they are to cozy up in front of the fireplace with wine and a book. Speaking of a drink, Vineyard Haven is a dry town (you can buy drinks with dinner at restaurants), but Nobnocket keeps the lounge area stocked with bourbon, brandy and port, in case you'd like a nightcap with that delicious, freshly-baked cookie on your pillow.
