Time for a little spring cleaning, don't you think? This is the time of year where I like to de-clutter and freshen my wardrobe. Time to donate all those pieces I kept telling myself I'd wear, or items that were so trendy they were destined to be out of style in a matter of weeks. Here's what I'm keeping: neutral basics that will be closet essentials season after season. Take this cashmere cardigan, for example. It's such a no-brainer - wear it over a dress for the office, or over jeans and a tee on the weekend. It's a perfect layering piece for a drafty workspace, or for those New England spring temperature variations (pretty much all of March is "like a lion" in Boston, right?). We know what you wear affects how you feel - so we might as well wear chic pieces that make us feel good throughout our day. Tell me, as you clean out your closet, what are you tossing, and what are your essentials?
