Every year in the fall, when it hits 45 degrees, we say to ourselves, "It's so cold! We know it's going to be even colder during actual winter, how will we survive?" Melodrama, melodrama, etc, etc... Later, in the spring, when it hits 45 degrees, we say "It's so warm! Summer is almost here!"
Well, it's fall, and 45 degrees feels cold. Hence, a fur vest and a jacket!

This we know. Tights, tights, tights!
DeleteHah, that's so true! Love the pairing of fur and leather, great way to beat the cold. :)
ReplyDeleteYou are so right Kristen, as New Englanders we are so incredibly fortunate not having to worry about tropical weather as other regions do. Many forget that and we tend to whine a bit when we really have it the best, looking fantastic per usual xo
ReplyDeleteI've always lived here but I'm not built for winter. It makes me so miserable. It's not even the cold though it's that it gets dark at 4 pm for month!!
ReplyDeleteAlso, are you standing in front of a vintage train?

DeleteThe getting dark at 4:30 is pretty brutal - I'm not gonna lie. And no, not a train - but it kind of looks like that a bit!
DeleteTotally layered my fur vest over my fave suede trench today. A fur vest is a new england must have!
