Okay, people, hold on, let's be serious. Because seriously, this dress has magical powers. Exhibit 1: I'm getting dressed for my talk at Blog Better Boston. Mr. TBF turns to me and says, "Hey, I really like that dress." Exhibit 2: I'm doing my makeup for Blog Better Boston. Mr. TBF turns to me and says, "You know, I really do like that dress!" Exhibit 3: I wore this dress out and people stopped me in the street to compliment it. A two-fer from Mr. TBF and random strangers? (And, I feel gorgeous when wearing it.) Yep, magic! Everyone has at least one magic garment in their closet. What's yours?
absolutely love that dress!! i need to pull my maxi dresses out of the back of my closet and start wearing them again :) xoamy www.cupcakesncouture.com
You looked amazeballs! Love the dress! Aren't diagonal stripes key? London Times makes cute dresses, I love my shift dress from them, and wear it all the time.
This dress is fabulous and so flattering, I can't believe the price. I was at the BBBos Style Summit, thanks for your tips in the working with brands session!
awww, i love when my boy likes what i wear- but typically it's ballet flats and jeans, two boring things- ha! i was trying to guess where you got it! it reminds me of the stripey magical dress najeema found last summer!
Clearly a magical maxi, and a gorgeous model wearing it. Maxi's are for everyone, not just tall gals! Hope BBB was a success, was sad to have missed it, feel like that is the story of my baby bump life!! Hope to see you soon, xoxxo
It's true - I wear maxis occasionally, and whenever I do, I feel tall and, well, cool. And yet somehow that experience doesn't translate to the NEXT time I intend to wear a mxi, where I get all, "Oh, can I really wear this? I'm only 5'2"..." What gives?
Yes! Amazing dress!
ReplyDeleteHonestly that dress was AMAZING in person (though it photographs incredibly well too!) Mr. TBF was definitely on to something xo
ReplyDeleteI about died when he told me TWICE that it looked good. That's a goooood sign!

The Oscars wouldn't be as shiny and pretty without Red carpet dresses. That's why they are as important as the event itself, and more beautiful.
