On a personal note: Thank you to all of the readers and followers who have reached out to me since Monday's events at the Boston Marathon. It can be disheartening to know there are terrible people out there who want to do bad, unexplainable things. But this week I have seen many, many good people reach out and engage in kind, generous acts. And you know what? The good people outnumber the bad. Interested in helping? Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Thomas Menino have announced the formation of The One Fund Boston, Inc to help the people most affected by the tragic events of April 15, 2013.
