In a recent interview, I was asked, "How do you know when an outfit is 'right'?". It's a great question, and one for which I didn't have a pinpoint answer. There's some sort of algorithm that involves your comfort, your personal style and the situation. For example, as I stood in my closet yesterday morning, this outfit just...happened. I love the adaptability of a high-low skirt and the snug versatility of a wrap sweater, so it just seemed natural to pair them together. I've been gravitating to neutrals and basic colors lately, too. Point being, the 'right' outfit is what's right for you in that moment - when you put it all together and feel comfortable in your clothes...and your skin.

Love this look! And I know an outfit is right when I feel confident wearing it. You know, some mornings you put on an outfit and you're just sort of meh? The mornings when you're like bam, I feel bodacious. Those are the good outfits.
