Color-Blocking with Brights

I have color blocked before and I will do it again, this I can assure you. It's easy, and the look is perfect for summer! Unsure how to color block with such bright colors? Start off by picking hues in the same family (see: coral & pink and lime & cobalt) and you're in the clear.
