You're not going to believe it, but The Boston Fashionista turned one year old this week! I've had such a great time over the past year - this blog has allowed me to meet so many interesting people, attend StyleWeek Providence, Boston Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week, work with The Boston Ballet and Ann Taylor, a number of local boutiques and entrepreneurs and to just grow in my own personal style.
I discovered that one of my favorite local blogs, Beyond Boston Chic, had a birthday this week, as well. Martini has been covering the most stylish people in the Boston area (and beyond) for four years now - what an accomplishment! To celebrate, we had a Boston Blogger Brunch with Martini, myself, Sami from A Glimpse of Glamour, Lani from Mon Petit Chou Chou and Najeema, from A Stylized Hysteria. You can see our celebration on Beyond Boston Chic (though next time I'm putting Martini in front of the lens). Even though Sami and I are both in florals, and Lani and Najeema both wore periwinkle, I swear we didn't coordinate our outfits!
Check out the photo shoot going on behind me - that's Martini shooting Lani and Najeema! |
