Neon & Leopard


New York Fashion Week(end) was such a whirlwind! It was so exciting to go to my very first fashion week. Some things were as I expected: gorgeous clothes, celebrities, the pain of wearing tall heels all day. Some things were not: the sheer number of people there, how friendly everyone was, how quickly the shows flew by. This week I'll be posting about some of my favorites from my brief trip to New York - and I'll be chatting on Facebook about the trends I see headed our way. Hint: neon is not going anywhere!

      It was fun! Although having to make the trek from Lincoln Center to the Chelsea Piers, etc.. a couple times a day was crazy. Although, I did get a free cab ride from Glamour Magazine, who was starting some new thing where you can shop from the cab using their app. Whoa.

      Sandra, Lissy - Neon (especially neon green) was everywhere at MBFW. Those fluorescent Cambridge Satchel bags were all over the place!

    I don't love neon the way some people do, but I'm warming up to it - just in time, it seems, since it's popping up all over the place.
