In the summer, Mr. BF and I like to go sit in the park after work and listen to bands play. This was another straight-from-work outfit that ended up being perfect for a picnic! My apologies for the quick post today - this weekend I am heading to New York to see the McQueen exhibit at The Met. It's the last weekend of the exhibit - any bets on how long the line will be??

ReplyDeleteomg...GOOD LUCK with the mcqueen exhibit. when i went 2 sundays ago, i showed up at 9:10 (museum opened at 9:30) & the line was already down the block. it took an hour for me to get to the front of the mcqueen exhibit line. i read a tweet last wed the line was 3000 deep & 4 hour wait! go early!!! or i read they're keeping it open until midnight...so maybe go late!
ReplyDelete@Lissy Really? Will I see you in the McQueen line?
ReplyDelete@lei ann I'm bringing snacks, water, magazines...probably a phone charger as I expect lots of live tweeting from the line :)

What a cute little outfit!
ReplyDeleteOK, how was it?! I saw some tweets of the lines and wondered how you held up. You are one brave lady. I think my hatred of crowds would win over my need to see the exhibit (well actually they did since we were there!). Hope you snuck some photos.
ReplyDeleteKristen-you are so cute! I love how you mixed prints here. Hope you had a wonderful time in NY!
ReplyDeleteSo awesome!! I hope you loved the McQueen exhibit considering you waited ages!
ReplyDeleteLove! ~Angel
I love this look! I have some earrings almost exactly like those, except mine are cream. I love how they're whimsical without being juvenile.
