Last week GQ magazine rated Boston the worst dressed city in America. My blogger friend Michele disagreed...and she used The Boston Fashionista and Mon Petite Chou Chou in her argument! Click here! to see her response...
I saw that GQ article yesterday. I lived in Omaha for seven years (which is also on the list), and I have a hard time believing that people in Boston dress worse that people in Nebraska!
Like the boots! It was nice to meet you last night at 28 Degrees :)
Nice to meet you, too! That was such a fun event; I am so glad Kinsey put it together. I think people have this vision of "all Red Sox gear, all the time" when they think of Boston fashion. We don't dress like we are going to the ballpark every day!
Haha I read about this! Like any other city, you will have people that are dressed horribly. I was in Boston last year in the summer and I will say a lot of people were a bit on the sloppy side. But hey, at least there's people like you in Boston who look amazing all the time!
oh yes, Ive lived in boston for six years now and people dress like morons. The first thing i noticed when I moved here is how stupid everyone looked. But not only that, they all THINK they look great. Total hipster DBs!!! I love that they finally got called out by a fashion mag.

ReplyDeleteVery adorable outfit! You do not look like you a part of the worst dressed city ha. Thank you for visiting my blog! I greatly appreciate it!

I don't feel worthy as a fashion example to defend the city!!! Just means I'll have to shop some more and keep upping my game;)
ReplyDeleteI am absolutely loving this outfit! The Tucker cardy looks fab against that mustard dress and the boots just add the perfect touch! :)

There is no way that's true... I lived in Massachusetts for years and always noticed what beautiful winter coats Bostonianas were sporting!

ReplyDeleteAll the best, Angel
Aw, thanks for the shout-out! You and Noelani are beautiful examples of best dressed Bostonians!
ReplyDeleteYou and your awesome colors. I'm lil miss black and white. you can pull off all sorts of combos of colors!
ReplyDeleteEven if the rest of Boston is super unfashionable (I've never been) I think you and your awesome style would make up for them! :)
