Dots and Blooms

I am clearly really into mustard yellow these days. I think I have worn this color three times in the past week! I promise, I'll break out of my rut and wear some other colors next week. In addition, I have really been layering my outfits lately. There were times yesterday when I needed the full on trench, when I only needed a sweater and and moments when even a lace cardigan felt too sticky. I guess that is part of the fun of spring fashion; you get three different outfits in one!

Spring is also a great time for my several pairs of Melissa shoes, which readers will recognize - I wear them a lot. Seriously, these are not the plastic jelly shoes from the Eighties! They are cute, well-made and comfortable. Their plastic is such that my feet don't sweat and I don't get blisters. And you can't beat plastic for protecting your feet during a spring rain shower! And yes, these are leopard.

P.S. Anyone else have royal wedding fever?? I totally watched this morning and I can safely say that I have never, ever seen anything like that. Wow!
